Magna Builders LLC was founded by Chris Pereira, backed by $75M+ in commercial, residential, and public construction and experience across nearly every delivery model in the business.
We built the company around a simple conviction: the estimate is not paperwork you finish before the real work starts. It is the work. Get that number right and everything downstream gets easier. Get it wrong and no crew, schedule, or software saves you.

Bad news does not improve with age. Scope gaps, schedule slips, and cost changes get raised the day we see them.
Know our limits
If a job isn't a fit for us, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. A referral costs less than a bad project.

- Takeoff and estimating services are available now and don't require a contractor's license in Arizona
- General contracting licensure through the Arizona ROC is in progress
- Construction consultations and preconstruction budgeting are open now
- Licensed construction work will be scheduled once ROC approval is issued
