Magna Builders LLC delivers accurate quantity takeoffs and bid-ready estimates for contractors across the Phoenix metro — plus licensed residential and light commercial construction across the Valley.
What we do
Magna Builders is a construction company built around the estimate. Whether you need someone to run your numbers, run your project, or watch someone else run it, it starts with the same discipline.

For owners and developers who are signing the checks without a construction professional on their side. Bids leveled, budgets validated, draws and change orders checked independently.
How it works →Takeoff & estimating
Most small contractors lose jobs the same two ways: bids that go out late, and bids that go out wrong. We take the plan set off your desk and hand back a defensible number you can put your name on.
How a takeoff runs
Email your plans, specs, and bid date. We confirm scope and quote a flat fee before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice.
Every quantity gets measured, labeled, and tied back to a sheet and detail. Anything ambiguous in the drawings gets flagged as an RFI rather than guessed at.
Quantities meet current material and labor costs for the Phoenix market, with your markup and margin structure applied the way you want it.
An Excel workbook, a marked-up plan set, and a short summary of assumptions and exclusions. One round of revisions is included with every job.
Why Magna
Estimates written by someone who has to live with them in the field, not by a spreadsheet clerk who has never framed a wall.
Most residential takeoffs come back in 48 to 72 hours. If we can't hit your bid date, we tell you before you send the plans.
Every assumption, exclusion, and unit cost is written down. You can check our work line by line — and you should.
Send the plan set and your due date. We'll come back with a flat fee and a firm delivery time — usually the same day.
